NCF Continuing Education Director

Fran serves as NCF Regional Coordinator for Ohio and Michigan. Her focus is with nurses and nursing students:

Reach nurses and students with hope and peace through deeper relationship with God through Jesus Christ
Grow disciples of Jesus Christ among nurses, students, and faculty
Promote integration of faith into daily nursing practice by giving spiritual care to patients and coworkers
Equip nurses to influence nursing and healthcare from the Christian worldview

Encourage nurses in local areas or work sites to meet regularly for Christian growth through Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and outreach.
Connect nurses, students, and faculty with written NCF Press and IV Press resources.
Establish NCF student ministry in nursing schools in Ohio and MI.
Work with regular IVCF staff to provide career-specific ministry to nursing students in their chapters.
Establish local leadership teams to oversee groups, plan CE events, and networking opportunities in their areas.
Raise up and nurture Christian nursing leaders, some of whom may also become volunteer, part-time, or full-time NCF staff.
Facilitate local, regional and national NCF retreats / conferences to encourage nurses and students and and equip them to use their positions of influence to reach patients and coworkers with hope in Jesus Christ.
